Koreshan State Historic Site
Koreshan State Park is the historical location of the Koreshan Unity movement's utopian settlement.

Mound Key Archeological State Park
Mound Key is believed to have been the ceremonial center of the Calusa Indians when the Spaniards first attempted to colonize Southwest Florida. The only access to the island is by boat; there are no facilities. Mound Key is managed by Koreshan State Historic Site.

Estero Bay Preserve State Park
The first aquatic preserve established in Florida, this is one of the most productive estuaries in the state. The bay is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including the bald eagle. The preserve protects the water, inlets, and islands along 10 miles of Estero Bay. Visitors can canoe or kayak in the bay or on the Estero River. Miles of trails offer visitors the opportunity to hike, bicycle, or study the variety of wildlife and native vegetation protected here.

Lovers Key State Park
West of Estero, between Estero and Fort Myers Beach is Lovers Key, a State Park consisting of four Gulf-front barriers islands, beaches and natural wonders.

Can a buyer's agent show me all the homes for sale in the area?

In areas with Multiple Listing Service such as Southwest Florida, a buyer's agent generally can show buyers all available homes. Most sellers want their home made available to the largest possible audience of potential buyers. 

A special transaction broker situation occurs when you want to see a home that your buyer's agent has listed for sale as a seller's agent, or one that is listed by another agent at the company of your buyer's agent. State laws, individual company policies and local practices vary. Ask the agent whether and in what ways the company or agent might then modify the agency agreement with you in you wish to purchase a company listing.

Can a seller's agent show me all available homes?
The agent can show you any home available through the Multiple Listing Service. That includes homes listed personally by the agent, homes listed by agents in other companies.
