Our services are primarily for residential and second home owners who spend extended periods of time away from their home, but not limited we’re also managing commercial properties. We also offer services to those who need someone experienced to watch over their home while they are away on vacation.

HOME WATCH Basic service: weekly, bi-weekly, monthly
- Check that security systems are operational
- All windows and doors are operational
- Visible signs of water leaks around doors, windows,
walls and ceilings
- Signs of leaks in bathroom plumbing and hot water
heater
- Flush toilets and run water in sinks and
showers
- Visible signs of leaks in kitchen and utility room
plumbing
- Refrigerator and freezer are working properly
- Air conditioning is cooling properly and thermostats
and humidistat are set, per request
- Obvious signs of mold or mildew build-up
- Check for signs of pest and insect infestation
- Inspect if house cleaning service is being performed
- Garage inspection
- Newspapers, or junk mail collected
- Landscape monitoring
- Any damage to house or grounds
- Photographs when appropriate via e-mail
Please ask for our additional CONCIERGE services, tailored to your needs: Auto care – Laundry – Airport shuttle ……….. you name it – we arrange it!
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
In addition to our Home Watch basic service we offer a complete Property Management service:
- Basic Home Watch service
- Paying bills such as tax, insurance, power, water, pool & lawn service
- Mail forwarding
- Depositing rents
- Collect all invoice and submit monthly or quarterly statements to landlord
- Supervise any maintenance/repairs needed
Special Services Offered
- Meeting furniture deliveries, inspecting for damage and handling its placement
- Home decorating
- Security alarm contact person
- Meeting with companies for installations
- Organizing carpet and flooring installations
- Organizing home painting of interior or exterior of homes
- Organizing landscaping
- Secure property when hurricane is threatening (install/remove storm panels etc.)
