I shocked when informed my rental will jump $400 for next contract. I decided to buy a condo, which was why I met Kirsten. I was in a hurry situation. Also, she is a broker associate, not a sale associate, which means she has knowledge, experience and pass exam to be a broker. She really know A LOT.
